摘  要:针对煤机设备技术发展过程中系统工作的高故障率,设计了一套信息采集、显示、存储系统。该系统硬件以BeckHoff可编程控制器(PLC)为控制核心。详细介绍了以TwinCAT软件平台为基础的软件系统设计。通过RS-485总线网络实现以数据采集单元为Modbus RTU从站的多传感器参数的采集,又通过Modbus TCP协议实现显示器与控制器的通信,显示软件可实现大量、长时间历史数据的存储。实际应用表明,该信息监测系统既解决了多个传感信号采集时线路繁杂、系统结构庞大的问题,又具有较高的实时性、稳定性及工作效率。In the process of the development of coal mining machine technology,aiming at the high failure rate of system work,a set of information collection,display and storage system has been designed.The hardware of the system takes Beckhoff programmable logic controller(PLC)as the control core,and introduced the software system design based on TwinCAT software platform in detail.Through RS-485 bus network,the data acquisition unit has been used as Modbus RTU auxiliary station to collect multi-sensor parameters,and through Modbus TCP protocol to realize the communication between the display and the controller.The display software can realize the storage of a large number of long-term historical data.The practical application shows that the information monitoring system not only can solve the problems of complicated lines and huge system structure when collecting multiple sensor signals,but also has high real-time performance,working stability and efficiency.
