摘  要:针对主井提升数字化集中控制水平、井口和井底工业环境较差等问题,提出了一种利用以太网连接多个控制分站并集中控制的技术方案。研究了无人化提升网络集成方法,并针对网络安全进行了网络延时监测和网络通信错误监测方法的研究,同时利用可编程控制器(PLC)进行了编程建模和实验。结果表明网络远程通信时延为23~76 ms,向通信网络加载频率800 Hz、幅值860 V的脉冲群可引起网络通信中断,监测程序能及时监测中断并报警。In order to improve the level of digital centralized control in the main shaft and the terrible industrial environment at the head and bottom of the shaft,a technical scheme of connecting multiple control substation and centralized control by Ethernet was proposed.The integration method of unmanned promotion network was studied,and the methods of network delay monitoring and network communication error monitoring for network security were studied.The programmable logic controller(PLC)was used for programming modeling and experiment.The results showed that the delay of network remote communication was 23~76 ms,and the interruption of network communication could be caused by loading a pulse group with the frequency of 800 Hz and the amplitude of 860 V to the communication network.The monitoring program could monitor the interruption and give an alarm in time.
