摘 要:以矿井缠绕式提升机为研究对象,建立了其动力学模型及其动载响应的表达式。通过理论计算与数值模拟方法分析了其上升制动、下降制动过程中钢丝绳与传动系统的动载系数变化情况,得到了最大动载系数值,并分析了钢丝绳动载系数和传动系统动载系数的各种影响因素,可为矿井提升机的应用提供参考。Taking the mine winding hoist as the research object,the dynamic model and its dynamic load response expression were established.The dynamic load coefficient changes of the steel wire rope and the transmission system in the process of its rising braking and falling braking were analyzed by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,and the maximum dynamic load coefficient was obtained.The influencing factors of dynamic load coefficient of the steel wire rope and the transmission system were analyzed.It can provide reference for the application of mine hoist.
