摘 要:耕地是人类赖以生存的物质基础,科学合理划定耕地保护区是实现耕地差异化保护和管理的前提。运用高斯两步移动搜索法,构建耕地空间可达性评价模型,测度出肇兴镇耕地空间可达性指数。考虑研究区耕地以坡耕地为主,耕地保护区的划定加入坡度因素,结合耕地可达性指数划定肇兴镇耕地保护区,最后将肇兴镇耕地保护区划定为4个类型,限制利用区、一般保护区、积极保护区和重点保护区。结果表明:限制利用区耕地面积为1.11 km^2,占比7%;一般保护区耕地面积为9.65 km^2,占比57%;积极保护区耕地面积为4.05 km^2,占比24%;重点保护区耕地面积为1.96 km^2,占比12%。该结论可为地表起伏较大的山地小城镇耕地差异化保护分区研究与管理提供科学依据。The cultivated land was the basic resource for production and life of people.The scientific and rational delineation of cultivated land protection areas was a precondition for achieving differentiated protection and management of cultivated land.A Gaussian two-step mobile search method was used to construct an evaluation model of the spatial accessibility of cultivated land,and the spatial accessibility index of cultivated land in Zhaoxing town was measured.Considering that the cultivated land in the study area was mainly slope farmland,the delineation of the cultivated land protection area incorporated the slope factor,and the cultivated land protection area of Zhaoxing town was delimited based on the cultivated land accessibility index and the slope factor.Finally,the town’s cultivated land protection areas were divided into four types,included restricted use areas,general protection areas,active protection areas and key protection areas.The results showed that the area of cultivated land in the restricted use area was 1.11 km^2,accounting for 7%of the total area;the area of cultivated land in general protected areas was 9.65 km^2,accounting for 57%of the total area;the area of cultivated land in actively protected areas was 4.05 km^2,accounting for 24%of the total area;the area of cultivated land in key protected areas was 1.96 km^2,accounting for 12%of the total area.This paper could provide new scientific basis for the research and management of cultivated land differential protection in small mountainous towns with large surface fluctuations.
