摘 要:土壤碱胁迫是农作物生长的独特而严重的威胁,对于碱胁迫信号感知、转导和响应的机制,目前仍不清楚。本研究充分利用拟南芥丰富的生物信息资源,对比拟南芥在对照和碱胁迫两种处理下根系转录组的基因表达差异,发现碱胁迫诱导下拟南芥根系3 729个基因表达,抑制了3 828个基因表达。GO和KEGG富集分析表明,钙离子响应和氧化还原平衡等过程在拟南芥碱胁迫响应过程中起重要作用。此外,本研究还发现丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶和钙调蛋白类蛋白等基因与拟南芥碱胁迫反应密切相关。本研究以拟南芥为材料进行系统分析,充分利用了拟南芥丰富的基因资源,为深入了解植物应对碱胁迫的机制提供了理论基础。Soil alkali stress is a unique and serious threat to crop growth.The mechanism of alkali stress signal perception,transduction and response is still unclear.Taking advantage of the abundant bioinformatics resources of Arabidopsis thaliana,this study compared the gene expression of Arabidopsis roots under control and alkaline stress treatments,and found that alkali stress enhanced 3729 gene expression in Arabidopsis roots and inhibited 3828 genes expression.GO and KEGG enrichment analysis showed that calcium ion response,redox balance and other processes play an important role in the response of Arabidopsis to alkaline stress.This research found that genes such as serine/threonine protein kinases and calmodulin-like proteins are closely related to Arabidopsis alkaline stress response.This systematic analysis of Arabidopsis thaliana makes full use of the abundant genetic resources of Arabidopsis,providing a theoretical basis for in-depth understanding of plant response mechanisms to alkaline stress.
