摘 要:为探究常规晚粳稻品种休眠性的差异,本研究以‘浙粳96’、‘浙粳99’、‘秀水14’、‘秀水134’等96个常规晚粳稻品种为试验材料,通过测定不同贮藏时期的种子发芽势、发芽率,确定品种的休眠性。结果表明,供试材料休眠性差异较大,约13.6%的品种为浅休眠性。品种收获后60 d内的发芽势与发芽率呈极显著正相关(0.68~0.93),发芽率与休眠等级呈极显著负相关(-0.92^-0.37),发芽率与休眠期呈极显著负相关(-0.79^-0.56),休眠等级与休眠期呈极显著正相关(0.67);K-Mean聚类分析发现晚粳稻品种破除休眠可划分为4种类型,研究结果为常规晚粳稻新品种选育和生产应用提供参考。In order to explore the dormancy differences of conventional photosensitive japonica rice varieties,96 varieties including'Zhejing 96','Zhejing 99','Xiushui 14'and'Xiushui 134'were used as experimental materials to determine the seed germination percentage during different store periods.The results showed that the dormancy of thetestedvarietieswasquite different,about 13.6%ofthe varietiesare shallowdormant.The germination percentage within 60 days after harvest was significantly positively correlated with germination tendency(0.68~0.93),and the germination percentage was significantly negatively correlated with dormancy level(-0.92^-0.37).The germination percentage was significantly negatively correlated with dormant period(-0.79^-0.56),the dormant level was sign-ificantly positively correlated with the dormant period(0.67);K-Mean cluster analysis found that there are four types of japonica rice to break dormancy.And the results provided reference for new varieties of conventional japonica rice breeding and the rice production.
