摘　　要：针对电路检测过程中存在的误差,研究一种误差在测量过程中的校正方法。利用函数发生器、示波器与上位机组建检测平台,以上位机的电压值及波形作为平台实际观测的数据,通过在PC端运用LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术开发其控制程序,分析平台中部分误差的阻抗特性,并对平台的输出电压进行一定的调整,以减小误差对测量的影响,达到校正检测数据的目的。Aiming at the errors existing in the process of circuit detection,the correction method of error in the process of measurement are studied.In this paper,the function generator,oscilloscope and upper computer are used to form the detection platform,and the voltage value and waveform of the upper computer are taken as the actual observation data of the platform.The control program is developed by using LabVIEW virtual instrument technology at the PC terminal.The impedance characteristics of some errors in the platform are analyzed,and the voltage in the platform is adjusted to a certain extent in order to reduce the influence of the instrument error on the measurement and achieve the purpose of correcting the detection data.
