农村金融支持新型农业经营主体的供给分析——以河南省为例

摘　　要：伴随着我国农业供给侧结构性改革工作向纵深发展,以规模化、产业化、组织化为显著特征的新型农业经营主体逐渐成为农业生产经营的主体.农村金融作为新型农业经营主体长远发展的重要支撑,对于新型农业经营主体的生产规模、经济效益与经营体系建设具有十分重要的促进作用.本文从分析农村金融与新型农业经营主体的内涵与特征入手,分析了河南新型农业经营主体的金融需求现状、农村金融支持新型农业经营主体的供给情况,提出了基于融资渠道拓宽、保险体系完善和营商环境优化的农村金融支持新型农业经营主体的发展策略.With the deep development of China's agricultural supply-side structural reform,the new-type agricultural management subject doriously featuring scale,industrialization and organization has gradually become the main body of agricultural production and management.Rural finance,as an important support for the long-term development of new agricultural management entities,plays a very important role in promoting the production scale,economic benefits and management system construction of new-type agricultural management subject.Starting from the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of rural finance and new-type agricultural management subject,this paper analyzes the current financial demand situation of new-type agricultural management subject in Henan and the supply situation of rural finance supporting new-type agricultural management subject,and puts forward the development strategy of rural finance supporting new-type agricultural management subject based on broadening financing channels,perfecting insurance system and optimizing business environment.
