摘  要:为研究胶凝材料体系和气密剂掺量对气密性混凝土性能影响,通过调整胶凝材料二元体系的组成、比例以及气密剂掺量制备了C30气密性混凝土,研究了胶凝材料体系和气密剂掺量对C30气密性混凝土新拌性能(含气量和工作性能)、力学性能(抗压强度和抗折强度)、耐久性能(抗氯离子渗透性能和抗渗等级)和透气性能(透气系数)影响。结果表明,增加胶凝材料体系中粉煤灰用量可减少新拌混凝土含气量,同时提升混凝土坍落度、抗压和抗折强度、56d电通量、透气系数等指标;气密剂在合理掺量范围内可改善混凝土抗渗性能,为保证C30气密性混凝土同时具备良好的力学性能和抗渗性能,建议水泥和粉煤灰二元体系中比例为280∶100,而气密剂掺量不小于6.05%。随气密剂掺量增加,C30气密性混凝土透气性能增加,且气密剂的最佳掺量为6.58%。To investigate the effect of cementitious material system and airtight agent content on the performance of airtight concrete.In this paper,C30 airtight concrete was prepared by adjusting the composition and ratio of the cementitious material system and the amount of airtight agent.The cementitious material system and the number of airtight agents were researched on the fresh performance(air void content and workability),mechanical properties(compressive strength and flexural strength),durability(chlorine penetration resistance and permeability level)and permeability(permeability coefficient).The results show that increasing the amount of fly ash in the cementitious material system can reduce the air void content of fresh concrete,and increase the slump value,compressive and flexural strength,56 d electric flux,and permeability coefficient of concrete.The addition of airtight agents can improve the impermeability of concrete within a reasonable range.To ensure that C30 airtight concrete has both good mechanical properties and impermeability,the ratio of cement and fly ash is 280:100,and the amount of airtight ags-tightening agent is not less than 6.05%.As the amount of airtight agent increases,the permeability of C30 concrete increases,and the optimal amount of airtight agent is 6.58%.
