海带发酵产品急性毒性与亚慢性毒性的研究

摘  要:为了检验海带发酵产品的安全性,进行了急性毒性试验和亚慢性毒性试验。方法:1)小鼠急性毒性试验,测定小鼠从口腔注入海带发酵产品到胃的最大耐受剂量;2)大鼠亚慢性毒性试验,测定大鼠从口腔注入海带发酵产品人胃30天后,观察大鼠日常行为表现、中毒及死亡情况和肝功能还有内脏病变。结果:1)急性毒性试验表明,小鼠的最大耐受剂量高于60 ml/(kg.BW);2)亚慢性毒性试验高、中、低剂量下,大鼠日常行为表现良好,未发生中毒病症和死亡,各组大鼠的血液学指标接近,但高剂量组相比空白对照组,雄性大鼠脾指数存在显著差异(P<0.05),各组大鼠的病理检查无异常。To test the security of seaweed fermentation product,we carried on the acute toxicity test and the chronic toxicity test.Methods:(1)the mice acute toxicity test:determination of the maximum tolerated dose from oral cavity into the stomach of seaweed fermentation products;(2)the rat chronic toxicity test:determination of rats from oral cavity of seaweed fermentation products into the stomach after 30 d,observing the daily behavior,poisoning and death cases,liver function and liver lesions of the rats.Results:(1)the acute toxicity test showed that the maximum tolerance dose of mice was higher than 60 ml/(kg·BW);(2)the chronic toxicity test of high,medium and low doses,daily behavior of rats is good,there wasn't happen poisoning symptoms and death;There wasn't anomalous of the hematology indexes in each groups of rats,but there was significant difference of spleen index on the male rats between the high dose group and the blank control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference of the pathological tissue among each groups on rats.
