消风散加减联合左西替利嗪口服液治疗风热犯表型荨麻疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨消风散加减联合左西替利嗪口服液治疗风热犯表型荨麻疹的疗效。方法选取茂名市慢性病防治中心2018年6月-2019年6月期间诊治的70例风热犯表型荨麻疹患者,按简单随机法分为对照组和观察组各35例。两组患者治疗期间,均需充足的休息,维持良好的心情,合理饮食,对照组左西替利嗪口服液10 m L/次,1次/d,餐前30min服用,观察组加用消风散加减方1剂/d,水煎服300 m L,分早晚饭后30 min服用,两组连续治疗14 d。评估治疗前、后两组疗效、荨麻疹的活动度、生活质量、荨麻疹消退时间、不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗7 d、14 d,观察组荨麻疹活动度评分、皮肤病生活质量评分显著低于同期对照组(P<0.05);观察组荨麻疹完全消退时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消风散加减联合左西替利嗪口服液治疗风热犯表型荨麻疹,效果显著,能够明显缓解临床症状,改善患者生活质量,效果优于单用左西替利嗪口服液,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaofeng powder combined with levocetirizine oral solution on urticaria of wind-heat attacking the exterior syndrome.Methods 70 cases of urticaria with wind-heat attacking the exterior syndrome diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,each with 35 cases.During the treatment,both groups need good mood and reasonable diet.The control group was treated with levocetirizine,while the observation group was treated with Xiaofeng powder on the basis of the control group.The two groups werecontinuously treated for 14 days.The indexes of the two groups were evaluated before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 7 and 14 days of treatment,USA and DLQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).The complete regression time of urticaria in the observation group was significantly shorter(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaofeng powder combined with levocetirizine oral liquid is effective on treating urticaria of wind-heat attacking the exterior and can reduce adverse reactions.It is worthy of popularizing.
