益肾活血法治疗肾性骨病疼痛症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的采用中西医结合方法,在基础治疗前提下,将益肾活血法配合骨化三醇治疗与单纯骨化三醇治疗相对比,观察益肾活血法配合骨化三醇治疗肾性骨病疼痛的疗效,探索减少肾性骨病患者痛苦、提高这些患者生活质量的新方法。方法根据纳入标准和排除标准,选择2019年4月-2019年9月,在常州市中医医院住院的肾性骨病血液透析患者44例,采用随机分组的方法,将所有患者分为中药组、对照组,每组22例,在常规西药对症治疗和血液透析治疗的基础上,中药组加服益肾活血中药汤剂,治疗3月,应用简化McGee疼痛标尺法评估治疗前后的疼痛情况,观察患者疼痛度的改善情况,将结果进行统计学分析。结果中药组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);中药组、对照组患者治疗后的疼痛度均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),中药组治疗后的疼痛度改善优于对照组(P<0.05);中药组、对照组治疗前后血P^3+、Ca^2+、PTH水平均有改善(P<0.05)。结论运用益肾活血法中药汤剂配合西医基础治疗可以有效缓解肾性骨病疼痛症状,运用该法治疗,可减少患者痛苦,提高患者生活质量。但本研究涉及的疼痛度评分可能存在主观因素影响造成的偏差,故关于益肾活血法治改善肾性骨病疼痛症的相关机制尚且需要更进一步研究挖掘。Objective To use the method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to compare the effect of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation therapy with calcitriol on the basis of basic treatment.To observe the curative effect of pain in osteopathy and explore new methods to reduce the pain of patients with renal osteopathy and improve the quality of life of these patients.Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,44 patients with renal osteodystrophy hemodialysis who were admitted to Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April to September in 2019 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and control group,22 patients in each group.Based on conventional western medicine symptomatic treatment and hemodialysis treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine group added tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation Chinese medicine decoction and was treated for 3 months,and the simplified McGee pain scale method was used to evaluate the treatment.Before and after the treatment,we observed the improvement of the patients’pain,and analyzed the results statistically.Results The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain of the patients in the Chinese medicine group and the control group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of pain was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The blood levels of P^3+,Ca^2+and PTH of the Chinese medicine group and the control group were improved after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine decoction of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation therapy combined with basic treatment of western medicine can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms of renal osteopathy.This method can reduce the pain and improve the quality of life of patients.However,the pain scores involved in this study may be subject to bias due to subjective factors.Therefore,further research is needed on the
