胃炎消溃汤对胃溃疡愈合质量及血清胃泌素的水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究胃炎消溃汤对胃溃疡愈合质量及血清胃泌素的水平的影响。方法选择2018年2月-2019年3月医院收治的106例胃溃疡患者,根据随机双盲法分为两组,每组各53例。对照组应用西医三联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上施以胃炎消溃汤。观察比较两组治疗后临床疗效及治疗前、28 d后血清胃泌素、血管内皮细胞生长因子水平。结果治疗28 d后,相较于对照组,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),人血管内皮细胞生长因子水平较高,血清胃泌素较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用胃炎消溃汤可明显改善胃溃疡愈合质量,降低血清胃泌素水平,提高血管内皮细胞生长因子水平,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of Weiyan Xiaokui decoction on ulcer healing quality and serum gastrin level in gastric ulcer patients.Methods A total of 106 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to March2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the randomized double-blind method,with 53 patients in each group.The control group was treated with combined western medicine,and the observation group was treated with gastritis promoting healing soup on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and serum gastrin and vascular endothelial cell growth factor levels before and after 28 days were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 28 days treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(94.34%)was higher than that of the control group(81.13%),and the level of human vascular endothelial cell growth factor was higher and serum gastrin was lower,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Weiyan Xiaokui decoction can significantly improve the quality of ulcer healing in patients with gastric ulcer,reduce serum gastrin level,and improve the level of vascular endothelial cell growth factor.
