摘　　要：早发性卵巢功能不全是目前临床常见的妇科内分泌疾病,严重危害女性身心健康。早期诊断、早期治疗对于改善患者生理及心理有重要意义。王轶蓉教授临床用药多以补肾活血为主,针刺治疗遵循"三阴共调"的原则来治疗早发性卵巢功能不全,通过其临床经验总结及病例分析,探讨其发病的病因、诊断、治疗方案。Premature ovarian insufficiency is a common clinical gynecological endocrine disease currently,which seriously endangers the physical and mental health of women. Early diagnosis and early treatment are of great significance to improve the physical and mental health of patients. Professor WANG Yirong’s clinical medication is mainly to nourish the kidney and promote blood circulation. Acupuncture treatment follows the principle of " three-Yin co-regulation" to treat premature ovarian insufficiency. This article discussed the etiology,diagnosis and treatment programs.
