半夏白术天麻汤对椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕临床症状及氧化应激的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨对椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕患者给予半夏白术天麻汤治疗后其临床症状及氧化应激的变化。方法选择2015年2月-2019年3月医院收治的104例椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(52例)与观察组(52例),对照组给予尼莫定平片,40 mg/次,3次/d;阿司匹林肠溶片,75 mg/次,1次/d,晚饭后服用。观察组在此基础上联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗,取汁200 mL,2次/d,早晚服用。1周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。治疗后,比较两组患者临床疗效果、眩晕消失时间及机体氧化应激反应。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组眩晕、呕吐、恶心消失时间等均较对照组短(P<0.05);治疗前,两组MDA、SOD、NO相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,两组MDA水平降低,SOD、NO均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕患者给予半夏白术天麻汤治疗,能够显著提高临床治疗效果,缩短眩晕症状消失时间,有效缓解机体氧化应激反应。Objective To investigate the changes of clinical symptoms and oxidative stress in vertigo patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction.Methods 104 vertigo patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=52).The control group was given nimodipine tablets,40 mg/time,3 times/d;aspirin enteric coated tablets,75 mg/time,1 time/d,after supper.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction 200 mL,twice a day.One week was a course of treatment,totally two courses of treatment.After treatment,the clinical therapeutic effect,vertigo disappearance time and oxidative stress reaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of vertigo,vomiting and nausea disappearing in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in MDA,SOD or NO between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,MDA in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction can significantly improve the clinical effect of vertigo patients due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency,shorten the disappearance time of vertigo symptoms,and effectively alleviate the body’s oxidative stress response.
