参苓白术散加减治疗肺脾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察参苓白术散加减治疗的肺脾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床疗效疗效。方法使用随机数字表法,将100例门诊患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组常规西药治疗。观察组在对照组基础上加用参苓白术散加减,水煎400 mL,1剂/d,2次/d。两组均连续治疗2个月。观测临床疗效、中医证候积分、肺功能。结果观察组临床控制8例,显效15例,有效14例,无效8例,总有效率84.00%;对照组临床控制3例,显效12例,有效18例,无效13例,总有效率74.00%;观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1%预计值两组均有改善,观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参苓白术散加减治疗肺脾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期,疗效满意,可改善肺功能,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder on COPD patients in stable period.Methods A total of 100 outpatients were randomly divided into observation group and control group(50 cases in each).The control group was treated with western medicine.The observation group was treated with Shenling Baizhu Powder on the basis of the control group.The decoction was 400 mL,1 dose per day,twice a day.Both groups were treated for 2 months.We observed the clinical effect,TCM syndrome score and lung function.Results In the observation group,8 cases were controlled clinically,15 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was84.00%.In the control group,3 cases were controlled clinically,12 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,13 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 74.00%.The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).FEV1,FEV1/FVC and FEV1%predicted value were improved in both groups,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with deficiency of lung Qi and spleen is satisfactory.Shenling Baizhu Powdercan improve lung function and is worthy of popularizing.
