炙甘草汤加减治疗气阴两虚型心律失常临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨炙甘草汤加减治疗气阴两虚型心律失常的临床疗效。方法选取医院2016年9月-2018年9月诊治的气阴两虚型心律失常患者142例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组71例采用酒石酸美托洛尔治疗,观察组71例采用酒石酸美托洛尔联合炙甘草汤加减治疗,于治疗前后行临床症状评分、心功能检测,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应。结果两组治疗后临床症状评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)。两组治疗后左室射血分数、心脏指数、心排血量较治疗前显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后临床症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后左室射血分数、心脏指数、心排血量高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论炙甘草汤加减治疗气阴两虚型心律失常的疗效显著,可改善临床病症,提高心功能。Objective To investigate clinical effect of Modified Zhigancao decoction in treatment for arrhythmia of deficiency of both Qi and Yin type.Methods A total of 142 patients with arrhythmia of deficiency of both Qi and Yin type were selected in hospital from September 2016 to September 2018,and were divided into two groups by random number table method.Seventy-one patients treated metoprolol tartrate were as the control group.Seventy-one patients treated with metoprolol tartrate and Modified Zhigancao decoction were as the observation group.Clinical symptom scores and cardiac function were measured before and after treatment.Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Clinical symptom scores decreased significantly in two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac index and cardiac output increased significantly in two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Clinical symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac index and cardiac output in the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Zhigancao decoction has significant effect in treatment for arrhythmia of deficiency of both Qi and Yin type,which also can improve clinical symptoms and heart function.
