摘  要:为减少原有烟道的阻力,本文给出了3种烟道优化设计方案,并开展了数值模拟仿真研究。研究表明:3种烟道优化方案中,考虑粉尘与不考虑粉尘的烟道阻力计算数值的差异均在20 Pa以内,方案2烟道阻力最小约220 Pa,方案1阻力约为310 Pa,方案3阻力约为360 Pa;原烟道在水平烟道、直角弯头与联箱附近烟气流线紊乱且存在漩涡流动,这使得流动阻力较大,而采用了光滑过渡的圆弧构型的3种优化设计方案,流线都较为光顺流畅,减少了烟道阻力;此外,烟道优化设计方案1中,当两路入口烟气流量偏差为±5%或±10%时,两路出口烟气流量偏差为±3%或±6.6%,该方案对两路烟气流量均衡能够起到重要作用。In order to reduce the resistance of the original flue, three optimized design schemes for flue are given, and numerical simulation research is carried out. The results show that the difference between the calculated values of the flue resistance with and without dust is within 20 Pa among the three flue optimization schemes, the minimum resistance of the flue is about 220 Pa in scheme 2, and the resistances of scheme 1 and scheme 3 are about 310 Pa and 360 Pa respectively;the flue gas streamlines of the original flue near the horizontal flue, right angle elbow and header are turbulent and there are vortex flow, which make the flow resistance larger;while the streamlines in three optimized design schemes adopting smooth transition arc configuration are smooth, which reduce the flue resistance;in addition, in the optimized design scheme 1, when the deviation of the flue gas flow at the two inlets is ±5% or ±10%, the deviation of the flue gas flow at the two outlets is ±3% or ±6.6%. The optimized design scheme 1 can play an important role in balancing the two flue gas flows.
