摘 要:巨大的环境压力和经济效益促进了废弃印刷电路板回收技术的蓬勃发展,然而废弃印刷电路板中回收技术及装备缺乏系统性的评价。综述近年来废弃印刷线路板(WPCB)常用回收技术,认为热解法为未来主流处置技术。根据废线路板热解相关研究进展,综述了废线路板热解影响因素和热效率影响因素,并结合常用热解炉炉型各自特点进行综合选取,得出最适应工业化应用和优化的热解炉型是钢带热解炉。The huge environmental pressure and economic benefits promotes the vigorous development of the recycling technology of waste printed circuit boards. However, recycling technology and equipment of waste printed circuit boards are lack of systematic evaluation. The recycling technology of waste printed circuit boards(WPCB) commonly used in recent years is reviewed, and pyrolysis is considered as the mainstream disposal technology in the future. According to the research progress of pyrolysis of waste circuit boards, the influencing factors of pyrolysis and thermal efficiency of waste circuit boards are summarized.Combined with the characteristics of common pyrolysis furnace, a steel strip pyrolysis furnace is comprehensively selected to be the most suitable pyrolysis furnace type for industrial application and optimization.
