摘  要:为实现顶燃式热风炉的长寿、高风温,燃烧器的质量起着至关重要的作用。本文对顶燃式热风炉燃烧器结构特征进行分析,为优化设计和合理操作提供借鉴。同时,由于种种因素,燃烧器的质量参差不齐,对热风炉的长寿、高风温产生了极大影响。顶燃式热风炉陶瓷燃烧器的质量控制是一个复杂繁琐的过程,方法多样。结果显示采用本文质量控制方法生产的陶瓷燃烧器,在使用中取得了良好的效果。In order to realize the longevity and high wind temperature of the top combustion hot blast stove, the quality of burner plays an important role. The architectural feature of top combustion hot blast stove ceramic combustor is analyzed, which provides reference for optimal design and reasonable operation.At the same time, with the appearance of various factors, the quality of burner is uneven, which has a great impact on the longevity and high wind temperature of hot blast stove. The quality control of the top combustion hot blast stove ceramic combustor is a complicated and cumbersome process with various methods.The results show that the ceramic combustor produced by the quality control method in this paper has achieved good results in use.
