摘  要:介绍了109 m^2沸腾焙烧炉炉底历年检修情况和炉底关键部位结构,分析了沸腾焙烧炉炉底损坏原因,并结合炉底具体情况,探讨了风帽间混凝土浇注、选型及提高使用寿命的具体改进措施,为炉体连续、稳定、均匀运转提供可靠的保障。The maintenance over the years and the key structure at the bottom of the 109 m^2 fluidized bed roaster are introduced, and the causes of damage at the bottom are analyzed. The concrete pouring and selection, and improvement measures for prolonging the service life of the hood room are discussed combined with the specific situation of the bottom, which provide reliable guarantee for the continuous, stable and even operation of the furnace.
