从“风温化燥”探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎优化应用无创正压通气

摘　　要：己亥岁末,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在我国突发,并向全球迅速蔓延。通过一系列防治措施,我国境内疫情上升势头已被遏制,但境外发病人数不断上升。目前对重症型新冠肺炎患者尚无特效治疗,无论西医还是中医都在探索前行。无创正压通气是应用于新冠肺炎重症型患者的主要呼吸支持手段之一,但是在治疗过程中易出现呼吸道干燥、排痰困难、胃肠胀气、烦躁等反应。从中医角度分析"风温化燥"是造成以上不良反应的主要病机,可以通过"培土生金,润肺化痰"之法改善症状,增加患者的依从性,进而形成中西医优势互补的治疗模式。此理念的提出对中医在西医治疗的基础上进行更为精准的辨证论治提供指导意见。In late 2019,COVID-19 broke out in our country and spread rapidly across the globe.Through a series of measures,the rise of the outbreak in China has been contained,but the number of foreign outbreaks has been rising.There is no special treatment for the patients with the severe type of COVID-19,whether western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine is exploring.Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation is one of the main respiratory support methods for patients with severe pneumonia,but it is easy to cause respiratory tract dryness,gastrointestinal expansion and irritable response.From the view of the"wind-warm transforming todryness",the main reason for the above adverse reactions is that the patients’compliance can be improved by means of"reinforcing earth to generate metal,moistening the lung and resolving the phlegm"and the compliance of the patients is increased,and the treatment pattern of the complementary treatment of Chinese and western medicine is formed.This paper put forward the advice on the more accurate syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the basis of western medicine treatment.
