眼针疗法刺激拮抗肌侧腧穴联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肌张力增高的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究眼针疗法刺激拮抗肌侧腧穴联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肌张力增高患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取2017年7月—2018年11月在医院进行治疗的脑卒中后肌张力增高患者89例,按随机数字表法将其分成两组,对照组44例采用常规体针联合康复训练进行治疗,观察组45例采用眼针联合康复训练进行治疗。对比两组治疗前后肌张力改善情况以及运动功能、自理能力、独立能力和神经功能、临床痉挛指数变化情况。结果观察组治疗后肌张力改善情况明显优于对照组的肌张力改善情况(P<0.05);观察组治疗后BI(82.24±11.63)、FIM(91.71±5.34)、FMA(72.31±9.23)明显高于对照组的BI(63.15±9.62)、FIM(82.87±3.67)、FMA(61.72±8.14)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后NDS(1.46±0.33)、CSI(12.78±1.12)明显优于对照组的NDS(2.47±0.42)、CSI(15.18±1.44),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼针疗法刺激拮抗肌侧腧穴联合康复训练可以有效缓解脑卒中后肌张力增高患者的肌张力增高症状,提高患者的运动功能、自理能力和独立能力,改善神经缺损和临床痉挛症状。Objective To explore the clinical effect of eye acupuncture stimulating antagonistic muscular acupoints combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of post-stroke hypertonia.Methods Eighty-nine patients with increased muscle tension after stroke treated in our hospital from July 2017 to November 2018 were divided into two groups according to random number table.Forty-four patients in the control group were treated with routine body acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training,and forty-five patients in the observation group were treated with eye acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.The improvement of muscle tension,motor function,self-care ability,independent ability,nerve function and clinical spasm index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the improvement of muscle tension in the observation group was better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,BI(82.24±11.63),FIM(91.71±5.34)and FMA(72.31±9.23)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group[BI(63.15±9.62),FIM(82.87±3.67),FMA(61.72±8.14)](P<0.05).NDS(1.46±0.33)and CSI(12.78±1.12)in the observation group were significantly better than those[NDS(2.47±0.42)and CSI(15.18±1.44)]in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Eye acupuncture stimulation of antagonistic muscle acupoints combined with rehabilitation training can effectively relieve the symptoms of increased muscle tension after stroke,improve the motor function,self-care ability and independent ability of patients,and improve nerve defect and clinical spasm symptoms.
