摘  要:从国内军工电子智能制造转型迫切需求出发,以通用智能制造系统架构为参考,从生命周期维、系统架构维和智能特征维3个维度构建了军工电子智能制造参考模型,进一步从工程实现的角度提出了军工电子智能制造总体架构。结合工程实践,对柔性生产、数字孪生、基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)以及网络协同制造等智能产线、智能车间、智慧企业、工业互联网平台等建设与运营关键赋能技术进行应用分析与实践探讨。实践表明,所提出的智能制造总体架构及关键赋能技术应用案例对军工电子智能制造领域的相关研究和建设具有积极的借鉴意义和参考价值。Based on the urgent needs of the transformation of intelligent manufacturing in the military electronics industry,taking the general intelligent manufacturing system architecture as a reference,the reference model of intelligent manufacturing in military electronic industry is constructed from three dimensions of life cycle,system architecture and intelligent characteristics,and the general architecture of military electronic intelligent manufacturing is further proposed from the perspective of engineering implementation.Combined with engineering practice,this paper analyzes and discusses the application of key enabling technologies in the construction and operation of intelligent production lines,intelligent workshops,intelligent enterprises and industrial Internet platforms,such as flexible production,digital twin,ModelBased System Engineering(MBSE)and network collaborative manufacturing.The practice shows that the general architecture of intelligent manufacturing and the application cases of key enabling technologies proposed in this paper have great reference significance and value for the research and construction of intelligent manufacturing in the military electronics industry.
