摘  要:提出的太阳/空气能集热蒸发器是一种表面涂有太阳能选择性吸收材料的新型翅片管式换热器,可在换热过程中同时吸收太阳能和空气能。在常规空气源热泵蒸发器的稳态分布参数模型中引入辐射换热传热系数和辐射得热传热系数,建立与太阳/空气能集热蒸发器换热特点相匹配的新型数学模型,并编写相应的Matlab仿真程序。经计算,常规数学模型计算误差较大,而新型数学模型的计算值与实验值误差仅在5%以内,准确性更高。The solar finned tube evaporator proposed is an optimized heat exchanger covered with solar selective absorption coating,in order to absorb both solar and air energy.Solar radiation transfer coefficient and absorption coefficient are introduced and investigated in the steady-state distribution parameter model of conventional air source heat pump evaporator.Furthermore,a novel mathematical model to match the heat transfer characteristics of solar finned tube evaporator is established in the Matlab program.The results show that the conventional mathematical model has a larger calculation error than the novel model whose result deviation from the experimental results is within 5%.The novel model is more accurate.
