摘  要:金属-有机骨架材料(MOF)作为多孔材料中的一种新型有机-无机杂化材料,因其具有多种优势被广泛应用于各个方面。液相吸附水处理技术因具有处理效率高、环境友好等优点,在处理难降解的含酚废水方面具有很大的优势。实验选用Fe-MOF作为吸附剂,以酚类化合物为底物进行吸附处理。从所得实验数据和计算结果可知,在温度为30℃下,溶液pH值为6时,苯酚质量浓度为50 mg/L,Fe-MOF 0.02 g,搅拌20 min条件下,苯酚的去除率为80.1%,吸附容量为384.5 mg/g,说明Fe-MOF是一种良好的苯酚吸附剂;用Fe-MOF对其他酚类化合物的吸附做了类似的研究,实验结果表明,对硝基苯酚的去除率为79.9%,对苯二酚的去除率为67.5%。Fe-MOF循环使用5次后对酚的去除率为79.9%,说明Fe-MOF的循环利用性较强。As a new organic-inorganic hybrid porous material,metal-organic frameworks(MOF)have been widely used in various fields because of their various characteristics.Liquid adsorption treatment technology,due to the advantages of high efficiency and environmental friendliness,shows great superiorities in the treatment of phenolic wastewater which is difficult to degrade.In this paper,one MOF material,Fe-MOF,was used as an adsorbent in liquid phenolic wastewater treatment.From the experimental data analysis and calculation results,it can be seen that the Fe-MOF dosage is 0.02 g,the stirring time is 20 min,the pH is 6,the adsorption temperature is 30℃,and the initial concentration is 50 mg/L.Under this condition,the phenol aqueous solution is used.The best removal rate is 80.1%,and the adsorption capacity is 384.5 mg/g,indicating that the material has good adsorption effect and strong practicability,and is a good phenol adsorbent;Fe-MOF also has good adsorption for p-nitrophenol and hydroquinone,the adsorption efficiency is 79.9%and 67.5%,respectively.Moreover,Fe-MOF can be reused and the adsorption efficiency is about 79.9%after 5 cycles.
