摘 要:在pH 7.93的Britton-Robinson(BR)溶液中,美司那与碱性蓝B反应生成蓝色离子缔合物,光谱曲线上呈现1个强的正吸收峰和1个较强的负吸收峰,正吸收峰位为580 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数(κ)为7.04×10^4 L/(mol·cm),负吸收峰位为430 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数(κ)为1.03×10^4 L/(mol·cm),在此二个波长处,美司那的质量浓度为0~2.7 mg/L范围内服从朗伯-比尔定律,据此建立了测定美司那的正吸收光谱法和负吸收光谱法。该法用于市售美司那药物中美司那的测定,加标回收率为97.9%~98.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)(n=5)为2.5%~2.8%。In Britton-Robinson(BR)solution(pH=7.93),mesna reacted with basic blue B to form an ionic association complex with both positive and negative absorption peaks on the spectrum.The positive absorption peak was located at 580 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity(κ)of 7.04×10^4 L/(mol·cm),while the negative absorption peak was located at 430 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity(κ)of 1.03×10^4 L/(mol·cm).At both wavelengths,the mass concentration of mesna obeyed the Lambert-Beer’s law in the range from 0 to 2.7 mg/L.Thus,both positive and negative absorption spectroscopy for the determination of mesna were established.The method has been applied to determine the content of mesna in commercially available mesna-containing drugs with an add standard recoveries of 97.9%~98.9%and relative standard deviation(RSD)(n=5)of 2.5%~2.8%.
