摘　　要：广西是全国五个民族自治区之一,由于历史、自然等方面原因,广西民族地区经济发展基础薄弱,贫困发生率大幅高于其他地区。目前,在全国52个未脱贫县中,广西就占8个,其中6个为少数民族自治县。为确保民族地区如期实现脱贫目标,广西金融系统积极依托扶贫特色产业,用好用足扶贫再贷款政策工具,探索形成以“都安样本”和“罗城样本”为代表的金融精准扶贫长效机制,全力支持民族地区脱贫攻坚圆满收官。As Targeted Poverty Reduction has currently ushered in the critical period of demolishing the strongholds,financial poverty alleviation has played a tremendously important role.Every financial institution is promoting financial poverty reduction in breadth and depth,enriching products and tools and with the support of new technique,incessantly lifting the precision of targeted moves,level and capabilities of poverty elimination.With Taking Targeted Measures to Win Fight Against Poverty as its theme,the column of this issue exhibits distinctive practice and achievements of targeted poverty alleviation of each financial institution.
