摘 要:介绍了应用多夹持盘金相切割机制取片状试样,再使用自制手握式辅助工具进行全面抛光钢材试样,根据不同钢材性质确定冲压厚度等措施,解决了使用线切割棒状试样加工速度慢的难题。试样加工时间由原来的40 min/个降低到10 min/个。提出了试样加工、抛光、冲压、清洗、检测等各个环节影响因素及应对措施,试验结果表明,该方法快速、准确,适用于批量在线检测。The application of the multi-clamping plate of metallographic cutting to take sheet samples,the use of self-made hand-grasp auxiliary apparatus to fully polish the steel samples and the determination of stamping thickness according to different steel properties and other measures were introduced in this paper.The problem of slow processing speed of using wire electrical discharge machining(WEDM)to make rod-like samples was solved by measures mentioned above,and the processing time of samples was reduced from 40 min/piece to 10min/piece.In this paper,the influencing factors and countermeasures of sample processing,polishing,stamping,cleaning,testing and other steps were proposed.What's more,the test results showed that the method was efficient and accurate,and was suitable for batch online detections.
