摘 要:金属化膜电容器具有储能密度高、可靠性高及使用寿命长的特点,被广泛应用于柔性直流输电系统的核心设备模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)中。实际工程中,金属化膜电容器用量大且难以拆卸,因此实现柔性直流输电系统中金属化膜电容器的在线监测具有重要意义。本文提出一种金属化膜电容器多频率介质损耗角正切(tanδ)的在线获取方法,通过对电容器承受的电压电流信号进行频谱分析,获得不同频率下电容器的tanδ,最终实现对电容器的在线监测。Metallized film capacitor has such characteristic as high energy storage density,high reliability,and long life and is used widely in the modular multilevel converter for short the core equipment for flexible HVDC system.In actual engineering,metallized film capacitor is used in large quantities and is difficult to remove.Therefore,it is of great significance to realize the online monitoring of metallized film capacitors in MMC-HVDC systems.In this paper,a kind of online acquisition method for the multi-frequency dielectric loss tangent(tanδ)of metallized film capacitors is proposed.The tan δ of capacitor at different frequencies is obtained through spectrum analysis of voltage and current signal which is withstood by capacitor and on line monitoring of capacitor is finally achieved.
