摘  要:为提高合环分析决策的可视化和智能化水平,以及运行调度人员对合环决策判断的准确性,设计并研发了主配一体化在线实时合环分析决策系统。该系统基于CIM/SVG的图模一体化技术使营配调数据贯通和应用整合,通过模型的拆分与合并实现了主配网一体化建模,根据主配一体化供电路径拓扑分析和网孔等值法确定合环路径,采用改进的牛拉法进行合环前和合环后的潮流计算,并对合环电流进行校验和调整以保证合环操作的安全性。最后,通过芜湖实际配电网应用,验证了研究成果的有效性和实用性。For improving the visualization and intelligence level of the loop-closing analysis strategy and the dispatcher’ s correctness judgment on the closed-loop operation,the online real-time loop closing analysis decision system is designed and developed.The system is based on the graph and model integration technology of CIM/SVG to link the distribution data and integrate application,achieve main-distribution network integrated modeling by way of splitting and merging of model,determine the loop-closing path in accordance with the topology analysis of the main-distribution network integrated power supply path and the mesh equivalent method,perform the power calculation before and after the loop closing by the improved newton-raphson method,and calibrate and adjust the loop closing current so to ensure safety of the loop closing operation.Finally,the effectiveness and practic ability of the research results are verified by the practical application of the actual distribution network in Wuhu.
