摘  要:根据铁路客车辅助供电系统用电池组使用工况,对开发的富液排气式镍氢(MH/Ni)电池组进行运用考核。MH/Ni电池组与充电机匹配性良好,可实现强充电与浮充电的转换。MH/Ni电池组补液周期为6~8个月,使用1 a后,容量保持率高于96%。在济南铁路局和广州铁路局运用的电池组,恒流充电模式下的实际容量分别为额定容量的96.3%和104.0%。According to the working condition of the batteries used in auxiliary power supply system of railway passenger car,flooded and vented Ni-MH battery was developed and assessed.The Ni-MH batteries and charger were well matched,the conversion between strong charging and floating charging could be realized.The water injection cycle of Ni-MH batteries was 6-8 months,the capacity retention ratio was above 96%after assessment for 1 a.Under galvanostatic charging mode,the actual capacity retention ratio of the batteries used in Jinan railway bureau and Guangzhou railway bureau was 96.3%and 104.0%compared to rated capacity,respectively.
