摘　　要：阐述锂离子电池的生产工序,主要分析搅浆均匀性、涂覆一致性、卷绕匹配度、注液量、封口稳定性和化成深度等对电池性能的影响,以及电芯制造过程中控制水分、粉尘和金属异物的重要性,为生产过程的控制提供参考。The production processes of Li-ion battery were described.The effect of processing conditions,including uniformity of stirring,homogeneity of coating,matching degree of winding,injection volume of electrolytes,stability of sealing and formation depth on the performance of battery were analyzed.The importance of control over humidity,dust and metal content was emphasized.The results provided reference for production process.
