摘  要:个体优势(包括品格优势与才干优势)是指一系列能让人感到充实与力量的品格特征或才干,也是能带来高绩效的个人惯有思维、感觉与行为模式。基于个体优势的干预是识别、应用与开发个体优势的有意活动过程。它因个体优势的分类与测量不同而采用不同的方法或策略,但总体而言,SBI都能对幸福感等积极结果产生影响,其作用机制包括了中介机制(如积极情感、社会价值感等)与调节机制(如干预对象、干预活动特征等)。未来研究应重点关注其负面影响和中国情境下的实证研究。Individual advantage(including character strengths and talent advantages)refers to the character strengths or talents that can make people feel full and powerful,and they are also accustomed to thinking,feeling and behavior patterns that can bring high performance.Individual strengths based intervention(SBI)is an intentional activity process to identify,apply and develop individual advantage.It adopts different methods or strategies because of the different classification and measurement of individual advantages,but generally speaking,it can have an impact on positive results such as well-being.Its mechanism includes mediation mechanism(such as positive emotion,sense of social value,etc.)and moderation mechanism(such as intervention object,characteristics of intervention activities,etc.).Future research should focus on practical research at the team level and in the context of China.
