摘　　要：以鞣花酸为主要活性成分制备了一款膏霜。膏霜分布均匀、无颗粒感、细腻柔滑、稠度适宜,稳定性良好;采用人体对照试验,对其进行了美白、祛斑、祛皱的功效评价。临床测试结果表明,使用含有鞣花酸的膏霜2周,肌肤白度(L^*值)和明亮度(ITA°值)显著提升,测试区域黑色素值相比使用前呈显著性降低,说明其具有良好的美白效果;使用含有鞣花酸的膏霜4周,面颊色斑密度评分值显著性降低(P=0.038),单个色斑对比度评分值显著性降低(P=0.001),表明该受试样品具有4周降低色斑密度和4周减小色斑色差的效果,说明其具有良好的祛斑效果;使用含有鞣花酸的膏霜4周,皮肤皱纹SEw参数呈显著性降低(P=0.031),表示该受试样品具有4周淡化眼角皱纹的效果,说明其具有良好的祛皱功效。Ellagic acid was used as the main active ingredient to prepare a cream.The cream is uniform,non-granular,delicate and smooth,with good consistency and stability.The efficacy of whitening,freckle removing and wrinkle removing was evaluated by human-skin test.The results of clinical tests showed that skin whiteness(L*)and brightness(ITA°)increased significantly after two weeks of using cream containing ellagic acid,and melanin value in the test area decreased significantly compared with that before using it;indicating that it had good whitening effect.When the cream containing ellagic acid was used for four weeks,the cheek stain density score decreased significantly(P=0.038)and the contrast score of single stain decreased significantly(P=0.001),indicating that the sample had the effect of reducing the stain density and color difference,which indicated that the sample had good freckle-removing effect,and ellagic acid had a good freckle-removing effect.when the cream containing ellagic acid was used for four weeks,the SEw parameters of skin wrinkles decreased significantly(P=0.031),indicating that the sample had a 4-week effect of fading wrinkles in the corners of eyes,indicating that ellagic acid had a good wrinkle-removing effect.
