摘  要:采用抗氧化试验(清除DPPH自由基法、清除ABTS自由基法)和酪氨酸酶活性抑制试验以及鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜试验(HET-CAM),探讨金钗石斛、当归、马鞭草、芍药、三七、野牡丹这六种高山植物组合物的抗氧化和美白效果以及刺激性进行体外评估。结果显示,高山组合物对于DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基具有较好的清除效果,在清除DPPH自由基中半数清除浓度值(IC50)为(11.02±0.12)μg/mL,清除ABTS自由基中IC50为(13.25±0.21)μg/mL,高山组合物对酪氨酸酶具有一定抑制作用,抑制酪氨酸酶IC50为(0.17±0.01)mg/mL。根据HET-CAM结果显示高山组合物无刺激性。同时人体测试结果表明在化妆品润肤霜基质中,该高山植物组合物质量分数为3%时,连续使用28天,93.3%的受试者认为脸部肌肤状态有改善。The antioxidative and whitening activities of six alpine composition were investigated in vitro by using DPPH free radical scavenging method,ABTS free radical scavenging method,tyrosinase inhibition experiment and HET-CAM test.The six alpine plants are Dendrobium nobile,Angelica sinensis,Verbena officinalis,Paeonia lactiflora,Panax notoginseng and Melastoma candidum.The results showed that the alpine plants composition had good antioxidative capacity and tyrosine inhibition activity.Scavenging DPPH free radical IC50 was(11.02±0.12)μg/mL,scavenging the ABTS radical IC50 was(13.25±0.21)μg/mL,inhibit tyrosinase activity experiment IC50 was(0.17±0.01)mg/mL.The result of HET-CAM test showed that the alpine composition has no irritating.The human test results showed that when the mass fraction of cosmetic moisturizer matrix was 3%,93.3%of the subjects considered that the skin condition of the face was improved after 28 days of continous using.
