摘 要:为进一步提升我国100 m项目的科学训练水平,该文采用文献资料法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对柏林世界田径锦标赛男子100m决赛前八名的分段技术进行分析。结果表明:世界优秀男子100m运动员的后半程速度保持能力和20m分段成绩特征呈显著性相关,最快速度、平均最大步长和最快步频分别出现在不同分段,60-80m分段步长和步频达到最佳组合。建议高水平100米运动员根据个人身体形态和技术特点调整步长和步频,训练中注重提高途中跑阶段速度的保持能力。In order to further improve the scientific training level of China’s 100 m event,the technique of the top eight men’s 100 m final at the world track and field championships in Berlin was analyzed by using the method of documentation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The results showed that the second half speed maintaining ability of the world’s top 100 m male athletes was significantly correlated with the performance characteristics of 20 m section,the fastest speed,average maximum stride length and the fastest step frequency appeared in different sections,and the 60-80 m section step length and step frequency reached the best combination.It is suggested that the high level 100-meter athletes should adjust the step length and step frequency according to the individual body shape and technical characteristics.
