摘　　要：进入新时期,我国社会经济结构日益多元,高校毕业生就业观念也愈加开放灵活。研究当前高校毕业生就业观念,对于提高大学生就业指导服务水平和实现毕业生充分发展具有重要意义。该文运用问卷调查法,随机抽取1915名西华大学在校生为研究对象,使用SPSS软件对数据进行分析,结合一对一个体咨询等实证方法,客观分析当代大学生的就业认知和就业期望,提出一个课堂主渠道、两个实践大平台和政校家三方形成合力以促进大学生的就业观念更加合理有效。In the new period,China’s economic structure is increasingly diversified,and college students’employment concepts are more flexible.Studying the concept of employment is of great significance for improving the level of employment guidance and realizing the full development of students.Using the questionnaire survey method,1915 students in Xihua University were selected as the research object.SPSS software was used to analyze the data.Combined with one-to-one consultation and other empirical methods,the employment cognition and employment expectation of contemporary college students were analyzed.A scheme that contains a main channel of classroom,two practice platforms and the government,family and school is put forward to form a joint force to promote the employment concept of college students.
