摘　　要："大众创新、万众创业"大大激发了我国大学生的创新与创业热情,传统的高校人才培养模式侧重于知识传授,不利于人才创新与创业能力的培养。该文探索适于大学生创新创业能力培养的教学模式,培养更多具有创新与创业素养的人才是"大众创新、万众创业"能够落实的关键。"Mass innovation and entrepreneurship"has greatly stimulated the innovation and entrepreneurship enthusiasm of college students in China.The traditional model of talent training in colleges and universities focuses on knowledge transfer,which is not conductive to the cultivation of talents’innovation and entrepreneurship ability.To explore the teaching model suitable for the cultivation of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability and to cultivate more talents with innovation and entrepreneurship literacy are crucial to the implementation of"mass innovation and entrepreneurship".
