Objective To explore and analyze the effect of mild hypothermia treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy on hemodynamics and neurobehavior. Methods From January 2016 to June 2019,80 neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy neonates were selected as observation subjects. All neonates are treated with mild hypothermia after diagnosis.A retrospective analysis of the medical records and examination results of all neonatal patients was performed. The hemodynamic changes and neonatal neurobehavioral score(NBNA)of the children before and after treatment were compared to assess the effect of mild hypothermia treatment. Results After receiving hypothermia treatment for neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, the NBNA scores of neonates were significantly improved, and the heart rate(HR),electrocardiogram(ECG),systolic blood pressure(SBP),stroke volume(SV),left Ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and other related blood gas analysis indicators were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of mild hypothermia in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy can optimize the blood gas analysis indexes of the children and improve the neurological function of the children.
