摘 要:目的探讨在血常规检验中采用末梢血和静脉血作为标本的应用效果。方法将本院于2016年6月至2018年6月期间接收的110例健康体检者作为研究对象,均行血常规检测,分别采集末梢血和静脉血作为标本,采用血细胞分析仪检测。记录并比较静脉血标本和末梢血标本即刻行血常规检测的白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白浓度(HGB)、血细胞比容(HCT)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、红细胞平均血红蛋白量(MCH)水平;记录并比较静脉血标本即刻、放置1 h、放置3 h行血常规检测的WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH水平变化情况。结果静脉血标本即刻行血常规检测的WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT水平低于末梢血标本,统计学差异显著,P<0.05;不同血液标本即刻行血常规检测的MCV、MCH水平比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。静脉血标本放置1 h行血常规检测的WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH水平与即刻行血常规检测比较,统计学差异不明显,P>0.05。静脉血标本放置3 h行血常规检测的WBC水平显著低于即刻行血常规检测,P<0.05;静脉血标本放置3 h行血常规检测的RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH水平与即刻行血常规检测比较,无明显统计学差异,P>0.05。结论在血常规检验中采用末梢血和静脉血作为血液标本的检测结果存在较大的差异,其中静脉血标本的检测结果相对更加准确,可减少外界因素对其的影响。Objective To explore the application effect of using peripheral blood and venous blood as specimens in routine blood tests.Methods A total of 110 healthy subjects received by our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were the subjects of study.All of them underwent routine blood testing.The peripheral blood and venous blood were collected as specimens and tested with a blood cell analyzer.Record and compare levels of the white blood cell count(WBC),red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin concentration(HGB),hematocrit(HCT),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),and mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH)of venous blood samples and peripheral blood samples for immediate blood routine testing;record and compare the changes of levels of WBC,RBC,HGB,HCT,MCV,and MCH of venous blood samples immediately,placed for 1 hour,and placed for 3 hours for routine blood testing.Results The levels of WBC,RBC,HGB,and HCT of venous blood samples for immediate blood routine testing were lower than those of peripheral blood samples,with statistically significant differences,P<0.05;comparison of levels of MCV and MCH of different blood samples for immediate blood routine testing showed no difference statistically significant,P>0.05.The levels of WBC,RBC,HGB,HCT,MCV,MCH of the venous blood samples placed for 1 h for routine blood testing were compared with those of immediate blood routine testing,and there was no significant difference,P>0.05.The WBC level of venous blood sample placed for 3 hours for routine blood test was significantly lower than that of immediate blood routine test,P<0.05.The levels of RBC,HGB,HCT,MCV,and MCH in routine blood test after venous blood specimens were placed for 3 hours compared with immediate routine blood test showed no significant difference,P>0.05.Conclusion There are very significant differences in the results of using peripheral blood and venous blood as blood specimens in routine blood tests.The results of venous blood specimens are relatively more accurate,which can reduce the influence of external factors.
