手术室护理在骨科无菌手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的了解手术室护理在骨科无菌手术中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月朝阳市中心医院收治的112例骨科无菌手术患者,根据随机分配原则将其分为全面护理组和常规护理组,每组56例。常规护理组患者接受常规护理,全面护理组在常规护理组基础上给予手术室护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果治疗后,全面护理组感染率低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全面护理组患者术后护理满意度为98.21%,常规护理组患者术后护理满意度为82.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上,普及手术室护理可有效降低骨科无菌手术患者切口感染率,患者满意度往往较高。Objective To investigate the application effect of operating room nursing in orthopedic aseptic operation.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,112 patients with orthopedic aseptic surgery in Chaoyang central hospital were selected and randomly divided into comprehensive nursing group and routine nursing group,with 56 cases in each group.The patients in the routine nursing group received routine nursing,while the comprehensive nursing group received the operating room nursing on the basis of the routine nursing group.Results After treatment,the infection rate of comprehensive nursing group was lower than that of routine nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative nursing satisfaction of comprehensive nursing group was 98.21%,and that of routine nursing group was 82.14%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,the popularization of operating room nursing can effectively reduce the incision infection rate of patients with orthopedic aseptic surgery,and patients'satisfaction is often higher.
