摘　　要：目的探讨早期康复护理对降低急性脑血栓患者致残率的效果。方法选取2017年4月至2019年2月期间于我院接受治疗的120例急性脑血栓患者作为研究对象,随机抽签分两组,对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60),对照组实施常规护理,观察组联合早期康复护理。采用Barthel指数评定量表对患者的日常生活活动能力进行评估;同时,采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表对患者的肢体运动功能进行评估;统计患者的护理满意度。结果两组患者干预前的Fugl-Meyer评分及Barthel指数评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组患者干预后的Fugl-Meyer评分及Barthel指数评分均提高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性脑血栓患者实施早期康复护理,肢体运动功能显著改善,提升了患者的生活自理能力,效果非常理想。Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on reducing the disability rate of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis who received treatment in our hospital from April 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group(n=60)and the observation group(n=60).The control group received routine care,and the observation group combined with early rehabilitation care.The Barthel index rating scale was used to evaluate the patient’s activities of daily living;at the same time,the Fugl-Meyer motor function rating scale was used to evaluate the patient’s limb motor function;the patient’s nursing satisfaction was counted.Results There was no statistical difference between the Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index score of the two groups of patients before intervention(P>0.05);the Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index score of the two groups of patients after intervention were both higher,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation care for patients with acute cerebral thrombosis can significantly improve the motor function of the limbs and improve the patients'ability to take care of themselves.The effect is very satisfactory.
