人文关怀联合亲情护理对肝硬化腹水并疝气术后患者生活质量及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的研究人文关怀联合亲情护理对肝硬化腹水并疝气术后患者生活质量及并发症的影响。方法2017年1月至2020年2月我院筛选60例肝硬化腹水并疝气患者进行研究,所有患者均接受手术治疗,对照组(给予常规护理)、观察组(给予人文关怀联合亲情护理)各30例,分析对两组患者生活质量及并发症的影响。结果两组患者的生活质量评分方面,比较项目为睡眠质量、活动质量、精神状况,观察组评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.33%,相较于对照组的33.33%明显更低(P<0.05)。结论对肝硬化腹水并疝气患者提供人文关怀联合亲情护理,可提高患者生活质量,降低术后并发症发生率。Objective To study the impact of humanistic care combined with family care on the quality of life and complications of patients with cirrhotic ascites and hernia.Methods From January 2017 to February 2020,60 patients with cirrhotic ascites and hernia were selected and studied in our hospital.All patients received surgical treatment and were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(humanistic care combined with family nursing)with 30 cases each,analysis of the impact on the quality of life and complications of the two groups of patients.Results The quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.The comparison items were sleep,activity and spirit.The observation group score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of 3.33%in the observation group was significantly lower than that of 33.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing humanistic care and family care for patients with cirrhotic ascites and hernia can improve their quality of life and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
