摘 要:PWM波是直流电机调速最常用的方法,在工业设备控制、机器人应用等方面有着广泛应用,重点介绍几种PWM波的产生方法:第一种方法是采用STC12C5A60S2单片机内部的PCA/PWM硬件模块产生得到,PWM波参数设置非常灵活;第二种方法是采用555时基电路得到PWM波,电路简单但调试要细心;第三种方法是采用积分电路产生三角波再经过滞回比较器得到PWM波,此种方法电路较复杂,电路调试也需经验.参考方法时要注意元器件的细微参数区别和"温漂"带来的影响.PWM wave is the most commonly used method of DC motor speed regulation,which is widely used in industrial equipment control,robot application,etc.This paper focuses on several PWM wave generation methods.The first method is to use the PCA/PWM hardware module inside STC12C5A60S2 single chip microcomputer to generate the PWM wave,and the PWM wave parameter setting is very flexible;the second method is to use 555 time base circuit to obtain the PWM wave,which is simple in circuit,but the debugging should be careful;the third method is to use the integral circuit to generate the triangular wave,which is then obtained by the hysteresis comparator,which is more complex in circuit,and the circuit debugging experience is also required.In reference to the method in this paper,attention should be paid to the subtle parameter difference of components and the influence of“temperature drift”.
