摘　　要：在提升医院核心竞争力方面,日间手术的潜在价值日益突显.大部分医院由于场地和专业人员的限制,在开展日间手术的过程中更倾向于采用混合管理模式.这种模式需要设计和实现日间手术管理平台来打通病区与病区之间的壁垒,保障院前、院中、院后的全流程电子化监管,让患者、临床和管理人员具有集中式的体验.文章提供了一种混合模式下的日间手术集中式管理平台设计方案,且取得了较好的应用效果.The potential value of day surgery for enhancing the core competitiveness of the hospital is becoming increasingly prominent.Most hospitals tend to adopt a mixed management model during the day surgery due to the limitations of the venue and professionals.The challenge of this model lies in the need to design and implement a day surgery management platform to break through the barriers between wards and wards,to ensure the electronic supervision of the entire process before,during and after the hospital,so that patients,clinical and administrative staff have centralized experience.This article provides a design scheme of centralized management platform for day surgery in mixed mode and has achieved good application results.
