摘　　要：CBA外援引入对联赛发展产生了诸多利好方面,而各俱乐部在引援位置组合策略上有明显的差异。采用文献资料法、录像分析法、数据统计法对CBA外援球员位置组合特征进行分析总结。结论与建议:(1)CBA外援位置组合形式多样,"后卫+前锋"形式最具有竞争力。(2)外援位置组合呈现出由"大小结合"向"双强模式"发展的趋势。(3)外援是队伍取得成绩的关键因素,但本土球员则是取得成功的基础保障。在外援引入上着重考虑运动员位置能力,围绕优势打造阵容。The introduction of CBA foreign aid has produced many favorable aspects for the development of the league,and the clubs have obvious differences in the combination of recruiting strategies.Using literature method,video analysis method and data statistics method to analyze and summarize the characteristics of CBA foreign player position combination.Conclusions and suggestions:(1)There are various forms of CBA foreign aid position combinations,and the"guard+forward"form is the most competitive.(2)The combination of foreign aid positions has shown a trend from"combination of size"to"double-strength mode".(3)Foreign aid is the key factor for the team’s achievement,but local players are the basic guarantee for success.In the introduction of foreign aid,it is important to consider the athlete’s position ability and build a lineup around advantages.
