摘  要:试验建立了饲料中玉米赤霉烯酮荧光定量检测方法。结果表明:玉米赤霉烯酮在0.1~1.6 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,r^2=0.9990。以配合饲料、浓缩饲料、预混料为添加基质,其回收率在80%~120%,检出限为0.1 mg/L。该方法灵敏度高、操作简单、结果准确。In this study,a quantitative fluorescence detection method for zearalenone in feed was established.The results showed that the linear relationship between zearalenone and zearalenone was good in the concentration range of 0.1~1.6 mg/L,r^2=0.9990.Compound feed,concentrated feed and premix were added matrix,the recovery was 80%~120%,and the detection limit was 0.1 mg/L.The method has high sensitivity,simple operation and accurate results.
