摘 要:为了解季节对辽宁省肉鸡种蛋孵化质量的影响,共调查257批、14868268枚种蛋的孵化数据。结果表明:各季节之间种蛋受精率差异显著(P<0.05),夏季种蛋受精率最高;夏季和春季健雏率高于秋季和冬季(P<0.05);各季节毛蛋率、损失率、弱残率也有显著差异(P<0.05),毛蛋率以冬季最高,损失率以秋季和冬季最高,弱残率以冬季最高;受精率、健雏率与各月最低平均气温呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),毛蛋率、损失率、弱残率与各月最低平均气温呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。种蛋受精率、孵化质量受季节影响的实质是温度影响,根据各月平均气温情况,适当调控鸡舍、孵化室温度,可提高种蛋受精率和孵化的健雏率。In order to understand the influence of the season on the hatching quality of broiler breeder eggs in Liaoning Province,the study investigated a total of 257 batches of hatching data of 14868268 eggs.The results showed that there were significant differences in the fertilization rate of eggs in each season(P<0.05).The summer eggs had the highest fertilization rate;the nestling rates in summer and spring were higher than that in autumn and winter(P<0.05).There was also a significant difference in gross egg rate,loss rate and weak residual rate(P<0.05).The gross egg rate was the highest in winter,the loss rate is the highest in autumn and winter,and the weak residual rate was the highest in winter.The fertilization rate,the rate of the young and the monthly average temperature were extremely significant correlation(P<0.01).The gross egg rate,loss rate and weak residual rate were extremely significantly negatively correlated with the lowest average temperature of each month(P<0.01).The essence of the influence of the season on the fertilization rate and hatching quality of the breeding eggs was temperature.According to the average temperature of each month,the temperature of the chicken house and the hatching room can be adjusted appropriately to improve the fertilization rate of the breeding eggs and the hatching rate of hatching.
