摘  要:本文建立了适用于无喷管助推器的一维非定常内弹道计算模型,并通过全因子试验设计和实测数据对比验证,掌握了关键因素对双燃速无喷管助推器性能的影响规律,可为无喷管助推器装药结构优化设计提供参数化选型支持。在此基础上,提出了一种无喷管助推器装药结构及参数选型全局最优设计方法,通过智能优化算法优化后方案的比冲提升11.8%,总冲提升1.33%,实现了在约束条件下显著提升无喷管助推器性能指标的目的。In this paper,the one-dimensional unsteady interior ballistic calculation model for nozzleless booster is established,and the influence of key factors on the performance of nozzleless booster of series dual burning rate grain is obtained through the comparison and verification of full factor test design and measured data,which can provide parametric model selection support for the optimal design of charge structure of nozzleless booster.On this basis,a global optimal design method for charge structure and parameter selection of nozzleless boosted is proposed.The specific impulse of the scheme is increased by 11.8%and the total impulse is increased by 1.33%by intelligent optimization algorithm.The purpose of significantly improving the performance index of nozzleless booster under constraint conditions is achieved.
